ERP Database Administrator Data Migration

Support ERP data migration and integration as a Temporary Full-Time Database Administrator with the City of Maple Ridge. Focus on corporate database systems.

Reporting to the Project Manager, ERP System, this Database Administrator supports a large-scale ERP implementation project. The work covers database planning, design, development, installation, monitoring, and optimization. You will address data transfers between financial, HR, legacy, and new ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build ETL processes and systems integrations for ongoing data exchange
• Plan, design, develop, install, monitor, and optimize databases
• Support data migration between financial, HR, and critical systems
• Maintain test, development, and staging environments
• Document existing and proposed database environments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience
• Courses in database management and administration
• Sound related experience, preferably in a municipal environment
• Knowledge of database administration, development, design, and management
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
