ERP Junior Business Analyst

Overview
In this role you will drive business architecture work within transformation initiatives, partnering with Sales and Finance across a global, cross-functional environment. You will capture and validate requirements, create architectural artifacts, and lead workshops to achieve consensus. You’ll act as a client-facing liaison, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor a growing team of business architects. This position offers exposure to multi-geography collaboration and ERP-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities- Gather, validate and document business requirements with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain architectural artifacts such as business capability maps and value stream maps
- Lead workshops and discussions for requirement gathering, negotiation, and consensus building
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with best practices
- Drive analysis and design phases of business architecture within transformation projects
- Serve as a vocal client-facing representative with strong communication and stakeholder management
- Collaborate across geographies (UK, Europe, India) to support global initiatives
- Mentor junior business architects and contribute to team capability development
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP Analysis, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
- Experience working with Sales and Finance stakeholders in cross-functional environments
- Experience in an international business environment is a plus
