ERP Programme Manager

In this role you will lead a multi-project ERP and technology programme, guiding a team of project managers to deliver a varied portfolio. You’ll implement robust governance, planning and budgeting while driving delivery excellence and capability development. You’ll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, Oracle, and vendors to keep projects on track and resolve issues. The position offers a hybrid, permanent role with a meaningful impact on ERP transformation and delivery maturity.

• Lead and develop a team of six Project Managers delivering ERP, technology and business change initiatives
• Oversee a diverse project portfolio and ensure successful delivery across programmes
• Improve project management capability, governance, processes and ways of working
• Strengthen governance, planning and budgeting within the team
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, Oracle and third-party vendors
• Step into delivery to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
• Challenge vendors, ask the right questions and identify delivery risks

• Strong programme and project delivery experience across a portfolio of concurrent technology, ERP and business change initiatives
• Proven experience mentoring and developing Project Managers to improve capability and delivery
• Experience implementing or improving project delivery methodologies, governance and processes
• Strong ERP transformation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle R12 desirable
• Experience managing third-party technology vendors and complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
