ERP Software & Implementation Intern

As an ERP Software & Implementation Intern , you will gain invaluable, hands‑on industry experience by working on real client projects alongside our cloud and ERP specialists. You will play a crucial role in deploying, configuring, and customizing Odoo ERP applications to solve distinct supply chain, accounting, and technical challenges for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and migration of Odoo ERP systems tailored to specific client workflows.
• Technical Support: Collaborate with the technical team to develop custom modules, APIs, and integrations connecting ERPs with third-party software.
• Data Migration: Map and clean client data during the integration and onboarding process to maintain data integrity.
• Business Analytics & Reporting: Create functional dashboards, run reports, and configure automated workflows for invoicing and project management modules.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in testing new system upgrades, bug fixes, and cloud solutions.
• Documentation & Training: Help create user guides and provide basic system training to end-users.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program (Bachelor's or College Diploma) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Technology Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or relational databases is highly desirable (Odoo is built on Python).
• Concept Knowledge: Basic understanding of business operations such as accounting, logistics, manufacturing, or customer relationship management (CRM).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem‑solving abilities, high attention to detail, and excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Assets: Previous exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, NetSuite) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a major plus.
