ERP Support Analyst — Hybrid (4 in, 1 remote)

The One Group is seeking an ERP Support Analyst to maintain and enhance the organisation's ERP platform and related systems from its Ely site. The role requires hands-on work with technical systems and stakeholder engagement, with travel between sites and a valid driving licence.

You will support daily ERP operations, resolve incidents, assist with upgrades, and deliver user guidance to maximise system usage.
