Overview

In this role you will administer and optimize the EMAX ERP system to support manufacturing, logistics, and finance across TE’s operations. You act as the bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency. You will drive ERP-related projects, provide user training, and implement improvements that boost productivity. Responsibilities
  • ERP System Administration: maintain, configure, and monitor the EMAX ERP and related apps; manage user access and security; coordinate upgrades and testing; perform UAT
  • Business Process Improvement: analyze processes, collaborate across functions to optimize workflows; implement enhancements; develop SOPs
  • User Support & Training: provide daily user support, resolve issues, develop training materials, conduct end-user sessions
  • Data Management & Reporting: ensure data integrity for master data; develop reports, dashboards, KPIs; support data imports/cleansing
  • Project Management: participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and enhancements; document requirements; coordinate testing and UAT; work with vendors/consultants
  • Manufacturing & Supply Chain Support: support forecasting, planning, scheduling, inventory control, purchasing; analyze ERP data flows impacting production and inventory
Key requirements
  • 3–5+ years of ERP support, administration, or business systems analysis
  • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems
  • Experience with EMAX ERP strongly preferred
  • Data analysis, reporting tools, and SQL preferred
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes
  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, inventory, purchasing, production planning, finance and costing principles
  • Report writing and data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
