ERP Transformation Consultant

In this ERP-focused consultant role, you guide public and private sector clients through end-to-end ERP initiatives—from strategy and requirements to delivery, deployment, and benefits realization. You work within cross-disciplinary teams to align processes with ERP capabilities and to land transformative programmes. The role offers exposure to multiple sectors and a path to develop deep ERP expertise while shaping client outcomes and value. You will contribute to strategic transformations that improve back-office functions and enable sustainable change.

• Lead or support ERP strategy development and requirements definition
• Oversee ERP implementations with Systems Integrator coordination
• Ensure alignment of business processes with ERP capabilities (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Workday)
• Develop Target Operating Models and business architecture blueprints
• Provide client-side advisory across full transformation lifecycle
• Support change management, training, and benefits realization

• Experience in ERP-enabled transformation programmes
• Experience as a Business Integrator in ERP programmes
• Familiarity with process standardisation and optimisation methodologies
• Proven capability in change management
• Strong consulting skills and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Workday or similar)
• Ability to work across sectors and adapt to varied client environments
• Experience in business process design, data migration, and reporting strategy
