ERP Transformation Lead – Manufacturing Systems

Filtronic is seeking an experienced Business Systems Transformation Manager to own the development, optimisation and integration of core business systems across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Programmes, Finance and Quality.

The role is hands-on, shaping the systems roadmap while remaining involved throughout the delivery lifecycle from requirements and design through configuration, testing and adoption, with a focus on scalable, governed processes.
