In this role you will design and manage large-scale data pipelines in AWS to support a fintech wealth management platform. You will work within a high-profile team to enable data analysis, modelling and BI-driven decision making. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and monitor large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines in an AWS environment
  • Perform data analysis and data modelling to support analytics and reporting
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data workflows
Key requirements
  • Comp Sci or Engineering Degree
  • Experience building complex data pipelines/ETL/ELT scripts
  • Extensive SQL experience
  • Strong AWS knowledge (S3, Kinesis, DMS, SNS, Glue, Athena, RDS)
  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
  • Programming experience with Python or PySpark
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
  • BI knowledge/experience
  • Knowledge of Terraform, Airflow, DBT and Harness
  • Modern data engineering practices
  • AWS (S3, Kinesis, DMS, SNS, Glue, Athena, RDS)
  • SQL
