Etobicoke Mall Security Professional

Serve shoppers, tenants, and visitors as a Security Professional at Premium Mall in Etobicoke, Ontario. Strong customer service and situational awareness are central to this full-time assignment.

Allied Universal is hiring for a Security Guard position combining traditional security duties with communication responsibilities. You will maintain a professional presence throughout the shopping center while responding to incidents and customer service situations. The schedule is days on a continental rotation from 09:30 to 21:30.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, and visitors
• Enforce property rules, policies, and procedures professionally
• Perform mobile patrols of parking and exterior areas
• De-escalate conflicts using effective communication techniques
• Support evacuations and emergency response procedures

Requirements:

• Ontario Security Guard License in good standing
• First Aid and CPR certification
• G Ontario Driver's License with clean abstract
• Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
• Ability to work independently and within a team
