EU IT Solution Manager

As EU IT Solution Manager, you will lead the design and deployment of IT solutions across Europe to deliver reliable, standardised and cost-effective services. You join the IT Leadership Team and collaborate with the European IT Director to transform the IT department and support business operations across Europe. You will define KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and mentor 1st/2nd line teams while ensuring capacity, availability and security of core systems. This hybrid role offers cross-border impact and opportunities to shape IT delivery in a complex, multi-location environment.

• Define and deploy technology solutions across European businesses to simplify and standardise IT services
• Ensure capacity and availability to support core business functions
• Provide 3rd line specialist support when required
• Define, measure and report service KPIs for continuous improvement
• Develop and educate 1st/2nd line teams; support IT projects
• Maintain core IT systems: platforms, networks, cyber security, backups
• Manage major incidents and IT service continuity; ITIL process owner for capacity, availability, and continuity
• Audit, review, and improve operational efficiency; maintain knowledge base and procedures
• Hybrid/remote working with travel to London and other locations
• Escalate to Group IT where needed
• Oversee design/build/deploy of core IT systems and services across Europe
• Provide technical escalation support and assist colleagues in troubleshooting
