As EUC Team Leader you will guide and develop the End User Computing function within a large facilities management organisation in Glasgow. You will oversee the delivery of reliable EUC services and strive to deliver an excellent colleague experience, while supporting efficiency and cyber resilience across IT Operations. You’ll shape the future of workplace technology and lead a team of EUC engineers to a high standard. This hybrid, leadership role offers a key opportunity to influence technology used by colleagues across the UK and to drive impactful, customer-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of EUC engineers/technicians
  • Oversee day-to-day EUC service delivery ensuring reliability
  • Support broader IT Operations to improve efficiency and cyber resilience
  • Contribute to shaping future workplace technology direction
Key requirements
  • Experience in EUC or IT Operations with prior team leadership or mentoring
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace
  • Strong communication with a customer-focused approach
