Overview

In this role you will establish a single source of truth for asset data across CT Europe and lead governance, quality, and standardisation efforts. You’ll work with asset, technical, operational, finance and data teams to embed consistent data practices and support a future EasyJob deployment. The role drives asset visibility, utilisation reporting and informed investment decisions, enabling cross-border data integrity and compliant operations. You will shape data standards and reporting to enable scalable asset management.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain European asset data governance standards
  • Own and approve asset data standards and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Lead data-harmonisation programmes and identify duplicates or incomplete records
  • Coordinate data-cleansing activities and monitor adherence to standards
  • Support data migration and system alignment toward a single EasyJob environment
  • Develop and maintain data-quality compliance reporting across Europe
  • Conduct regular audits on naming, mappings, fields and dashboard reliability
  • Define corrective actions with local teams to close gaps
  • Create asset-location accuracy framework with exception reporting
  • Coordinate inventory audits and RFID/barcode initiatives where applicable
  • Support development/validation of utilisation, availability, ROI and asset-performance reporting
  • Ensure asset data used for decisions is accurate and controlled
  • Create EasyJob data-entry standards, SOPs and user guides
  • Deliver training for asset managers and operational teams
  • Act as SME for asset data governance and provide practical support across Europe
  • Maintain European certification repositories and ensure compliance records are centrally available
  • Support cross-border equipment movements with accurate asset and certification documentation
Key requirements
  • Three to five years of experience in master data management, inventory control, ERP administration or similar data-governance role
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with advanced Excel and Microsoft BI capability
  • Experience managing large-scale datasets, data-quality controls and compliance reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
  • Experience coordinating improvement activities across multiple teams, locations or units
  • Clear communication skills to translate data standards into practical guidance
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, operational, finance and systems teams
  • Nice-to-have: EasyJob or equivalent rental ERP experience
  • Nice-to-have: Power BI, RFID or inventory-tracking experience
  • Nice-to-have: background in events, production, logistics or technical services
