European I2P Operations Lead

Xylem seeks a seasoned EU Regional Service Delivery Manager for Invoice to Pay to lead regional I2P operations across Europe. You will drive accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, coordinating with Controllership, Procurement, Treasury, and external providers.

You will oversee multiple shared service locations, manage managers and team leaders, and push continuous improvement in processes, controls, and performance metrics to enhance the end-to-end I2P experience.
