EV Charging Systems Validation Engineer

Avance Consulting seeks an experienced EV charging validation engineer to execute validation/verification for charging systems, DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers. You will develop test plans and scripts, conduct multi-team vehicle tests, and analyze data to identify root causes of issues.

Responsibilities include working with software, hardware, and diagnostics teams, ensuring ISO15118/IEC61851 compliance, and preparing detailed reports for leadership.
