Event AV Lead & Technical Coordinator

Waterloo IIE 2016 is seeking a Conference AV Coordinator to work with the planning team to assess technical requirements and plan equipment for each event. The role includes setting up and operating AV gear, coordinating with host hotels and university IT staff, and liaising with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Prior AV technician experience and a team-focused, good-humored attitude are essential.
