Serve Chilliwack members on-site as an Everyday Banking Advisor, combining accurate cash services with personalized financial guidance and digital coaching.

Beem Credit Union is establishing a new Chilliwack branch, and this full-time specialist supports everyday banking, advisory conversations, and member relationships. You will identify financial goals, recommend tailored solutions, and connect members with appropriate specialists. The role requires strong banking knowledge, advanced digital literacy, and proactive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete accurate deposits, withdrawals, payments, exchanges, and certified cheques
• Balance cash drawers and follow fraud detection and security protocols
• Discover financial goals and recommend tailored banking solutions
• Open personal and business accounts and complete short-term credit solutions
• Coach members and peers on mobile, online, and ATM tools

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field preferred
• Two to three years of financial services or advisory experience
• Knowledge of everyday banking products and foundational lending principles
• Ability to build member relationships through trust and proactive engagement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital coaching skills
