Everyday Banking Advisor Lloydminster

Build client relationships as an Everyday Banking Advisor at ATB Financial’s Lloydminster branch, providing personalized banking advice and digital guidance. Occasional travel to neighbouring branches may be required.

In this role, you will support personal and business clients with banking products, services, and solutions. You will recommend savings, investments, credit cards, and less complex lending options while connecting clients with additional ATB expertise. The work combines relationship building, sales, cultural sensitivity, and secure client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
• Guide clients toward savings, investment, and lending products
• Identify referral opportunities within ATB
• Promote digital tools and educate clients on usage
• Protect client information and uphold privacy standards

Requirements:

• Two to four years creating client experiences and relationships
• One to three years retail banking or related experience
• Experience with lending products considered an asset
• Passion for sales and relationship management
• Finance or business education, or relevant work experience
