ATB Financial seeks an Everyday Banking Advisor for a temporary 18-month opportunity. You will understand client needs, recommend personal and business banking solutions, and build lasting relationships. The role includes networking, digital education, and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
• Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
• Identify internal referral opportunities through networking
• Promote digital tools and educate clients on their use
• Protect client information and manage regulatory risks

Requirements:

• Two to four years creating client experiences and relationships
• One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
• Experience with lending products considered an asset
• Passion for sales and relationship building
• Finance or business education, or relevant work experience
