Everyday Banking Advisor Westlock

Build trusted client relationships as an Everyday Banking Advisor with ATB Financial in Westlock, advising on banking products and digital tools. Travel to neighbouring branches may occasionally be required.

As an Everyday Banking Advisor, you will connect with personal and business clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions. You will support savings, investments, credit cards, lending, referrals, and exceptional client experiences while protecting client information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized advice on personal banking products and services
• Guide clients toward savings, investment, lending, and credit products
• Identify referral opportunities across ATB's full suite of services
• Promote digital tools and educate clients about their use
• Manage risk, compliance, privacy, and client information security

Requirements:

• Two to four years creating remarkable client experiences
• One to three years in retail banking or similar fields
• Experience with lending products considered an asset
• Passion for sales and relationship building
• Finance or business education, or relevant work experience
