Key Responsibilities: • Design and configure JSM solutions based on requirements • Develop custom workflows, fields, and request types • Create automation rules for effective change and incident management • Customize service catalogs, queues, and SLAs • Enhance ongoing JSM configurations and environments
Requirements: • Minimum of 8 years in Service Management • Proven experience in JSM development and customization • Expertise in automation and processes • Hands-on skills in portals and service catalogs • Knowledge of NetApp is a plus
