Key Responsibilities: • Lead Agile teams within a portfolio environment • Coach Product Owners on Agile best practices • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning • Remove roadblocks to enhance delivery efficiency • Track portfolio-level delivery metrics and risks
Requirements: • 7+ years as a Scrum Master in large organizations • Strong experience managing Agile delivery across teams • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling • Proven ability to influence teams and drive change • Experience with AI-related initiatives and solutions
