You will lead the financial closing process, manage cost accounting, and implement effective systems that support operational success. Your leadership will build and train finance teams committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute timely and accurate financial closes each month • Analyze cost variances and manage performance indicators • Strengthen cash flow and improve financial discipline • Maintain accounting policies to ensure compliance • Collaborate closely with key operational leaders
Requirements: • CPA designation strongly preferred • 10+ years of finance experience in manufacturing • 4+ years in a senior finance leadership role • Strong cost accounting and reporting skills • Experience in ERP and BI systems
