In this role, you'll leverage your experience to manage client engagement teams focused on IT due diligence, integration planning, and synergy realization. Your strong project management and analysis capabilities will ensure that we deliver exceptional client engagement while identifying key risks. You'll also play a crucial role in expanding our client base through business development activities.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead teams in IT due diligence for major client projects • Oversee integration and divestiture execution plans • Identify risks tied to integration planning • Facilitate presentations and new business pursuits • Mentor team members as part of internal improvement initiatives
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years in IT strategy • Essential Big 4 experience in integration/diligence • Proven performance in mergers and acquisitions • Strong analytical abilities for data insights • Flexibility to travel to the U.S. at short notice
