F# Developer – Fintech

In this role you will join a small, London-based team supporting a fintech asset-management spin-out. You will build and evolve real-time, low-latency applications across connectivity, market data and post-trade domains. The role emphasizes from-scratch development in a C#/F# environment within a fast-paced, startup-like setting. You drive performance and concurrency improvements while collaborating closely with cross-site colleagues. This is an opportunity to shape core trading infrastructure in a focused, growth-minded team.

• Develop and maintain real-time, high-performance software in C# or F#
• Work on connectivity, market data and post-trade components
• Build applications from scratch in a small, agile team
• Optimize multi-threaded code for low latency and reliability
• Collaborate with London and Geneva colleagues to deliver robust systems

• 5+ years of full-time experience in C# or F#
• Buy-side or startup experience building applications from scratch
• Experience with real-time, multi-threading and performance-focused coding
