Family Help Lead | Hybrid Role in Family Support

Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting 5 permanent Family Help Leads to join the Tewkesbury, Stroud and Forest of Dean teams. The role involves delivering targeted family support and coordinating multi‑agency plans to improve outcomes for children and families.

You will work across targeted early help and child in need services, with progression pathways from Grade 7 to Grade 8, and benefits including flexible working, LGPS, and an in‑house development programme.
