Metro Atlanta group seeks B/C Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join their expanding team! An independent, family oriented primary care practice owned/led by physicians. Providing outpatient care for adults 18 and older, mostly private payers (commercial insurance). This is a busy and expanding office where physicians build a full panel quickly. Work Monday Friday, a 4 or 5 days week , weekends and major holidays off. Part time considered. Light call shared among the physicians. Physicians see 3 patients per hour . Excellent clinical support which includes an RN team for triage, results calls and inbox support, nurses for in office procedures and testing and a remote care team. Administrative support includes front desk check in/out, scheduling, prior authorizations for medications and for imaging, billing, with an insurance collection rate over 98%. eClinicalWorks with AI ambient recording, and diagnostics in office. Ideal candidates have strong ties to Atlanta, Georgia license and DEA registration (or the ability to obtain both), clean licensing, credentialing and malpractice history. First year salary is 350k plus a 50k signing bonus! After year 1, base salary plus a productivity bonus is well above 400k. Benefits include student loan repayment, relocation, malpractice with tail coverage, CME, health, dental, vision, 401k with employer contribution.
