Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services for an adult population with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a residential setting. Responsibilities include conducting medical evaluations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, managing complex care plans, prescribing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
