Family Practice - With OB Physician

Job Summary:

• Specialty: Family Practice (Physician / MD / DO)

• Start Date: November 2026 (or as soon as credentialed; available within 2 3 weeks)
  
• Contract Duration: 3 Months (with option/possibility to extend)
  
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours/week, 8-hour workday )
  
• Call Coverage: No Call / No Weekends
  
• EMR: EPIC

Clinical Responsibilities & Work Details:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient Ambulatory Care.
  
• Patient Population: Full scope of Family Medicine caring for patients across all age groups (Newborns to Geriatrics).
  
• Services: Outpatient , Walk-in/acute care, same-day appointments, and chronic disease management. Experience/interest in working with diverse or vulnerable populations (migrants/refugees) is highly valued (on-site interpretive services available).
  
• Patient Volume: Fast-paced environment with a standard productivity expectation/scheduled capacity of up to 21 patients per day.
  
• Procedures: Basic outpatient primary care procedures (e.g., injections, IUD placements, minor wound care).
  
• Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned per provider, on-site receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, pediatricians, and local administrative support.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree: MD or DO (New grads are welcome)
  
• Board Certification: Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible for recent graduates)
  
• State License: Active, unrestricted Washington State medical license required
  
• DEA: Active Washington DEA license required
  
• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS required
  
• Language Skills: Spanish fluency or proficiency is required
  
• Vaccination Requirements: COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations are required
  
• Credentialing Timeframe: Fast-track credentialing (approximately 2 3 weeks)

• Full travel logistics provided including round-trip flights, rental car or mileage reimbursement, and covered lodging accommodations.
