Family Practice - With OB Physician

Schedule & Call:

• Monday Friday clinic schedule
  
• 8-hour daily shifts (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) with 1-hour unpaid lunch
  
• Full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
  
• No call requirement (Scheduled clinic shifts only; no weeknight or weekend call)
  
• Overtime compensation available when exceeding daily volume thresholds, with optional Saturday shift coverage

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, walk-in/acute care, and chronic disease management
  
• See patients across the entire lifespan (Newborns to Geriatrics) in a fast-paced Community Health Center environment
  
• Manage a daily schedule of up to 21 patients per day
  
• Perform basic outpatient procedures (injections, IUD placement, minor wound care)
  
• Work with a dedicated support team including an MA for each provider, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, onsite pediatricians, and onsite interpreter services

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine
  
• Active Washington state medical license (No non-licensed candidates considered)
  
• Active Washington DEA registration
  
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications
  
• Clean background and clean malpractice history required
  
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required
  
• Proven proficiency with Epic EMR (Expected to ramp up quickly with patient care beginning by day 3)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Community Health Centers or with vulnerable populations (migrants, refugees)
  
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or Russian) are a plus
