Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Location: Newport, New Hampshire
Schedule: Monday Friday (Day Shift, One Evening/Week), 1:10 Call Rotation

Client is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a permanent role that blends direct patient care with clinical leadership. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a collaborative team of six providers while delivering high-quality care in a rural outpatient setting.

• Provide full-spectrum outpatient family medicine care to patients per day

• Serve as Medical Director , dedicating 12 hours/week to clinical operations, support, and quality improvement

• Participate in a 1:10 call rotation (evenings, nights, and weekends)

• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR

• Engage in leadership meetings, credentialing oversight, compliance, and community outreach

• Collaborate with a seasoned team of primary care providers in a patient-focused rural health environment

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Required

• Active or eligible for New Hampshire medical license Required

• BLS certification Required

• Must manage patients/day Required

• Local drive-in candidate Highly preferred

• Must be open to relocation

• Competitive base salary with additional stipend for Medical Director duties
