Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater Ladoga area of Indiana .

Join an established Family Medicine practice with NP colleagues and experienced clinical support. Telehealth and APP oversight complement continuity-focused outpatient care.

What You Can Expect

• Patient/Case Volume: Approximately outpatients daily
• Procedures / Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic-condition management, and telehealth
• Support Staff / Resources: NP colleagues, experienced clinical staff, and nurse triage
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Clinic Schedule: No routine weekend or holiday office hours; shared call remains part of the role.
• Clinical Focus: Child and Adult Wellness , Back Pain, Endocrine Disorders, Hypertension , and Heart Failure .
