Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater Delphi area of Indiana .

Build lasting patient relationships in a growing Family Medicine practice with Telehealth and onsite laboratory access. Nurse triage supports shared call, while APP collaboration adds a team-based dimension to the role.

What You Can Expect

• Patient/Case Volume: Approximately outpatients daily
• Procedures / Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic-condition management, and telehealth
• Support Staff / Resources: Nurse triage, APP collaboration/oversight, and onsite laboratory services
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Clinical Focus: Child and Adult Wellness , COPD , Endocrine Disorders, Hypertension , and Heart Failure .
• Scheduling: Weekday clinic schedule without routine weekend or holiday office hours; shared call remains part of the role
