Primary Care Physician Lemoore, CA

Location: Lemoore, CA
Pay: $140 $150 per hour, based on qualifications and experience

Frontera is seeking a Primary Care Physician for an on-site opportunity in Lemoore, California. This role provides comprehensive primary care while working with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions.

• Perform preventive examinations, screenings, and patient counseling.

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.

• Prescribe medications and treatments within authorized privileges.

• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.

• Maintain timely, accurate medical records.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an accredited residency appropriate to primary care.

• Current, unrestricted physician license meeting contract requirements.

• Applicable prescribing credentials and required life-support certifications.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to meet facility requirements for specialty eligibility, credentialing, and clinical privileges.
