Healthcare United is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, permanent role we have available in the Greater DeMotte area of Indiana .

Step into a busy Family Medicine practice with an established patient base and physician colleagues. Telehealth complements in-person visits in a role centered on long-term patient relationships.
