A patient- and family-centered primary care team about an hour west of Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a full-time BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative practice dedicated to high-quality care.
Position Highlights:
- No OB and a wide variety of Family Medicine patients
- Join another Family Medicine physician and 2 3 Nurse Practitioners
- Full-time 1.0 FTE with 36 patient contact hours per week
- Monday Friday, 8 a.m. 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. 5 p.m.
- Average clinic patients per day
- Limited phone-only call focused on nursing home questions and critical lab callbacks
- 1:4 call rotation with other local providers
- Epic EMR
- Optional inpatient rounding
- Nursing home rounds included
- On-site Physical Therapy, Diabetes Education, weight-loss services, laboratory/pathology and radiology/imaging
- Ultrasound and mammography available onsite
- Outreach specialties include Behavioral Health, Podiatry, Orthopedics, General Surgery and OB/GYN
- Opportunity to provide sports medicine and general health services through local schools
Compensation & Benefits:
- $345K+ base compensation
- Additional compensation may be available through bonuses, quality incentives and production-based compensation

- BC/BE in Family Medicine
