Position Highlights :
- Work-Life Balance: 4.5 Day clinic workweek
- New Facility with only up to 8 patients per day- Ideal volume growth up to 16-20
- Call is secondary after nurse triage and very rare
- Onsite NP, Dietician, LCSW, RN, multiple MAs

- Opportunity for MidLevel Oversight and research/publications
- Potential for Associate CMO or Lead Clinician title after clinic grows
Compensation & Benefits :
- Guaranteed base salary range starting at $220k
- Sign-On Bonus $15k

Qualifications :
- MD or DO
- BC/BE Family Medicine
- Spanish Speaker preferred but not required
- Experience in a community clinic, VA or FQHC required
