• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (0.8-1.0 FTE)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,640-$3,910
• Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Sonoma County clinics) - California family medicine jobs
• Setting: Outpatient primary care across four clinics
• Shift: 12-hour shifts (schedule flexible based on clinic needs)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Patient Population: All ages with emphasis on pediatrics and general outpatient care

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Medicine or Primary Care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Family Physician)
• Valid California medical license or eligibility for licensure (CA medical license)
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with well-woman care and IUD insertion/removal preferred
• Comfortable providing care for infants, toddlers, children, adolescents, and adults (primary care pediatrics)
• Familiarity with EMR documentation, care coordination, and population health management

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to patients of all ages as a Family Medicine Physician / Primary Care Physician
• Provide well-woman exams, contraception counseling, and IUD insertion/removal when needed
• Manage routine pediatric care including immunizations, growth and development monitoring, and acute visits
• Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, asthma) and coordinate referrals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team across four Sonoma County clinics to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and adhere to clinic documentation standards (EMR proficiency)
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, population health management, and community outreach in Santa Rosa and Sonoma County
