Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Position Overview Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care to patients aged 2 and older. The role focuses on preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and personalized treatment in a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, health counseling, and chronic disease management.
• Perform minor procedures and coordinate specialist referrals.
• Review diagnostic results and ensure timely follow-up.
• Supervise medical assistants and LPNs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow applicable healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school and Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum 3 years of APRN experience; primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Current, valid state APRN license and NP specialty certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• NRCME certification required.
• Ability to meet applicable state licensure and professional practice requirements.
