Overview:
Our multispecialty clinic just outside Provo is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to deliver traditional family medicine and urgent care services, with a four-day work week and strong earning potential. You ll play a central role in the health of the local community alongside a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. New grads and experienced physicians alike are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive primary care assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and asthma, including medication management and ongoing monitoring
• Provide preventive care, including annual wellness visits, immunizations, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
• Deliver pediatric, adult, and geriatric care, including well-child visits, developmental assessments, and acute illness management
• Provide women s health services, including gynecologic care, family planning, prenatal care, and postpartum follow-up
• Perform minor office procedures such as suturing, lesion removal, and joint injections
• Document patient encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services, managing referrals and communicating care plans with patients and the care team

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in Utah
• Comfortable providing both traditional family medicine and urgent care services
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
• Experience in a community-based or semi-rural setting, and familiarity with population health and quality improvement initiatives, preferred
• Comfort with telehealth, and interest in teaching or mentoring residents or medical students, preferred
