Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join talented team near Grand Rapids, MI on beautiful Lake Michigan.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Hospital-employed outpatient practice; no obstetrics. An established hospital medicine group covers inpatient care.
• Join seven family medicine physicians and four advanced practice providers.
• Support includes an RN case manager, diabetes educator, behavioral health services, and pharmacy.
• Shared call amounts to approximately two to three weeks annually.
