Schedule: 2 days per week, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Practice Setting: Outpatient Primary Care / Family Medicine
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative outpatient primary care practice in Saddle Brook, New Jersey.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications as appropriate.
Provide preventive care, wellness assessments, patient education, and health counseling.
Perform follow-up visits and monitor patients' treatment outcomes and overall health.
Deliver patient-centered care to adolescents and adults, with opportunities to see pediatric patients.
Primarily patients aged 15 and older .
Opportunity to support the expansion of pediatric services.
Approximately 20-25 patients per day , with roughly half of visits conducted through telehealth.
No on-call responsibilities, night shifts, or weekend requirements.
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Active and appropriate New Jersey medical license.
At least 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience in family medicine, primary care, or a related specialty.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
Experience managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Current BLS/ACLS certification, as applicable.
