Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine physical examinations and health screenings.
• Perform sick visit evaluations and provide same day appointments.
• Manage and treat chronic conditions, emphasizing geriatric care.
• Administer immunizations and handle medication prescriptions and refills.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine).
• Valid New York State medical license.
• Proven experience in primary care practice with adult/geriatric patients.

Working Hours

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (day shift).
• Standard 40 hour workweek; overtime may be available.

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and chronic disease management.
• Excellent patient communication and education.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
