Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for part-time contract need on Mondays starting October 28-December 28 at their onsite employee health center in Haines City, FL. Providers will see ages 2 and up to provide Primary Care, acute episodic care, & Occupational Medicine services including DOT and non-DOT drug testing, pre-employment physicals, and Workers Compensation evaluation and treatment. Hours are Mondays 7:00am-6:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Providers must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. FL DEA and dispensing license is required; DOT Certification is preferred. Additional shifts are available at this clinic through an additional job order.
