Oversight of a new primary clinic and school-based primary care program

Position summary:

Serves as the senior primary care physician leader and physician ambassador for the organization

Provides strategic, administrative, and clinical leadership for primary care services across the organization

Supports organizational growth, workforce development, quality improvement, and key strategic initiatives

Partners with executive leadership, the Director of Integrated Healthcare, the Director of Behavioral Health, nursing leadership, pharmacy leadership, quality improvement, and operations teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Provides clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to APPs

Qualifications:

MD or DO

Completion of a Family Medicine residency

Board Certification

Prior administrative and leadership experience in primary healthcare settings

Prior clinical experience

Ability to get and maintain an Ohio Medical License
