Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a 3-month locum assignment at an outpatient primary care clinic in Mesa, Arizona.

The clinic is conveniently located in the East Valley with easy access to Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.

Assignment Details

  • Pay: $150/hour
  • 40 hours per week
  • Choice of 5 eight-hour shifts or 4 ten-hour shifts
  • 3-month assignment
  • Outpatient primary care
  • No nights or weekends
  • Malpractice insurance provided
  • Local candidates only

Requirements

  • Active Arizona medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active DEA
  • Current BLS/CPR
  • Outpatient primary care experience preferred
  • Must currently live in the Phoenix/East Valley area or within reasonable commuting distance

Provide routine outpatient primary care including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, and timely EMR documentation.
