  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 a.m. 6 p.m.; Wednesday 8 a.m. 7 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. 1 p.m.
  • patients a day, all ages
  • Well-child, routine maintenance, women s health, contraception, and GYN required
  • Acute care for uncomplicated adult and pediatric cases
  • Hospital privileges required
