From wellness programs to preventive care, we re here to make a difference. What You ll Do As our Family Practice Provider, you ll be the guide. Meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle. We keep caseloads manageable with 12-17 patients a day and no double bookings , you ll have the time you need to focus on each individual as a person rather than a number. Perks & Benefits

Provider Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7a-7p Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care for patients
- Provide health services such as initial worker s comp evaluation, occupational and pre-employment physicals and screenings
- Conduct histories and physical examinations, working with patients to develop treatment plans
- Prescribe and dispense medications, educate, and advise on medical issues as needed
- Promote wellness educational programs
- Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current and unrestricted Florida medical license
- Dispensing license (Florida) or willing to obtain one
- DEA license
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Experience in primary or urgent care setting
- Perform GYN care and well women exams
