  • Work Dates Needed: October dates with putting in provider pool for dates as needed ongoing. Current dates needed: Oct 1-2, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30
  • Preferred Schedule: Mondays (8a-5:30p), Tues-Thurs (8a-5p) and Fridays (8a-4p).
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient onsite health clinic
  • Scope of Work: Primary care only. Ages 2+. On-site dispensing
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be BC; GA State license, BLS and DEA. EPIC experience required.
  • EMR: EPIC - Experience required
