Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physician (MD/DO) to join an integrated healthcare team providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in Brady, Texas .

You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team while having the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
  • Review laboratory and diagnostic imaging results.
  • Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EHR.
  • Collaborate with nursing, medical assistant, and behavioral health teams.
  • Mentor clinical staff and students as appropriate.
  • Participate in quality improvement and Patient-Centered Medical Home initiatives.
  • Support community wellness and healthcare outreach activities.
Qualifications

Required:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted Texas physician license.
  • Current DEA and DPS registrations.
  • Active BLS or CPR certification for Healthcare Professionals.
  • Current CME and specialty board compliance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges when required.

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of direct clinical practice experience.
  • Knowledge of the Texas Medical Practice Act.
  • Familiarity with PCMH principles and EHR documentation systems.
